Gazpacho Salsa

Ingredients

|
|

(1 cup) corn, fresh or frozen

|
|

medium green pepper, diced
|
|
|
| 1 |
|
small cucumber, diced
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
prepared salsa
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
green onions, chopped
|
|
|
| 1 |
Tablespoon |
fresh lime juice
|
|
|

cloves |
garlic, minced
|
|
|

granulated sugar

Tortilla chips

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla chips.
